How can I get an estimate?
You can request an estimate several ways:
- 1) fill out and submit our online form
- 2) call and discuss your request with a sales rep
- 3) e-mail a sales rep
- 4) fax your request to (413) 525-3687
How much time does it take to get an estimate?
A typical turnaround for generating a quote is 24 to 48 hours, depending
on the complexity of the estimate and the current quote load.
Can I send files electronically for printing? How?
Yes. Ask your account rep for instructions on how to log onto
our FTP site, where you can upload files for us to access. Attach a PDF
to your files for reference. After sending your files, e-mail your account
rep to let him/her know you have sent the file(s) and the file name(s), and
attach the PDF so he/she can print out hard copy to check proofs against.
What should I include when sending files via disk?
Include a laser hard copy of your final files with the disk, or a PDF with
embedded fonts on the disk and e-mail the PDF to your account rep so he/she
has hard copy to check proofs against.
When can I expect to see proofs?
Proofs are typically provided 24 to 48 hours after receiving, processing,
and pre-flighting files, depending on complexity of the job.
What types of files are acceptable/what applications do you support?
- >> Quark Xpress Mac (or PC), version 6.5 or earlier
- >> Adobe InDesign Mac (or PC), Creative Suite 2, Creative Suite,
or earlier - >> Adobe Pagemaker Mac (or PC), version 7.0 or earlier
- >> Supplied Adobe PDF Mac (or PC), versions 1.4 to 7
- >> Adobe Illustrator Mac (or PC), Creative Suite 2, Creative Suite,

How long do most printing jobs take?

files, again depending on complexity of the job.
