Redspring Communications, a custom publisher in Saratoga, New York, produces a quarterly four-color, four-page newsletter for Spring Memorial Hospital in South Carolina. Redspring moved the newsletter from a printer in Albany to John C. Otto, because we were able to save them 30 percent in postage by printing the job at a sister company in South Carolina and dropping it at a bulk mail center in that area, thus taking advantage of postal discounts.
